Frances Casey Lowe
Francie Lowe is a licensed attorney with more than thirty-one years of experience in business, real estate, estate planning and probate law. In 2005, Ms. Lowe combined her expertise in both the law and business operations to open Lowe Title Services.
For more than twelve years, Ms. Lowe has provided clients in Leon, Wakulla and surrounding counties with quality legal services. Her knowledge of the intricacies of the law, coupled with an understanding of the power of negotiation and the need for business efficiencies ensure her clients receive the highest level of representation. As a local resident, she appreciates the area and understands the importance of trustworthy counsel in sensitive times of need.
A native Floridian, Ms. Lowe received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University (1982), a Juris Doctor at Walter F. George School of Law from Mercer University (1985) and a Master of Laws in Taxation at Holland Law School from University of Florida (1986). She was raised in Wakulla County and, following the completion of her education, returned to serve the community.
Paula Sparkman is a licensed attorney with extensive experience in a wide array of legal matters, with special concentration in estate planning, probate/trust administrations, real estate and business matters.
Ms. Sparkman served as the Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office Second Judicial Circuit and as a JD Advisor with the Florida State University College of Law. She has represented individuals, financial institutions and governmental agencies, and has more than 20 years specializing in probate and estate planning, and real property law, including serving as title agent insuring residential and commercial properties, contract negotiations, and advising real estate developers and owners in issues including access, easements, boundary disputes, title defects, foreclosures, mortgages and liens.
Ms. Sparkman received a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor at Florida State College of Law. She is a native of Tallahassee and is involved in various civic and professional organizations.
Lani has been with Lowe Title Services since their start in 2005 and has been an exemplary team member in all aspects of the company since then. After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Communications Degree, Lani began her career at the corporate headquarters of Homes & Land Publishing, Inc., where she excelled for over 20 years. She began her career with Lowe Title over twelve years ago and has made a reputation for herself as a receptive and knowledgeable Closing Agent. Lani is also a Real Estate Paralegal who specializes in a broad arrangement of property matters with an adeptness in title insurance procedure.
Michelle is a Paralegal who specializes in estate planning, corporate law and real estate. She has been a Wakulla County resident for 26 years and is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of experience in the legal field. Michelle holds a Degree in Criminal Justice and has established herself as being a quick-working and detail oriented team member.
